And the propellant to this is no one else but the Managing Director, Rajesh Kukreja himself. A Civil Engineer by qualification and man passionate about integrative planning and design, he is actively involved in the microscopic details of projects. It is his passion for always thinking about the next great thing and how he can deliver it.

In order of their formation
Formed in 1996, this firm marked the beginning of what we may call the group’s expedition. A qualified Civil Engineer, Rajesh took the plunge into the architectural world and has not looked back. Ask him about it and he will be quick to suggest to us how education played a crucial role in cementing his position as one of the premier architects of the city. Offering his prized consulting to Residential and Commercial projects, Industries, and even Hospitals, the firm is involved in designing some of the most iconic projects of the city.
In 2010 we decided to take the Real Estate landscape by storm. This is when the journey of building premium projects started for the group. A never heard-of thought of constructing 5 BHK luxury apartments took shape with Metro Heights. This scheme of 48 astounding flats has become a talking point in the real estate fraternity. Today, R. Kukreja Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has a lot running under its portfolio with the launch of a new ultra-premium residential project as well as several others in the offing.
Getting into the hospitality segment was primarily to fill the gap of a premium boutique hotel that was missing in the city. 2011 is when it was planned with a purpose to foray into this industry with the launch of Hotel Lal Baag Inn. A location away from the hustle and bustle of a vibrant city but within the proximity of commercial pockets, this hotel has grown in the popularity index in a short span of time. With 22 hygienically maintained premium rooms, it has fast become a preferred choice for having family get-togethers and also hosting corporate & leisure travelers.
The expanse of real estate has grown in Chhattisgarh with time. In 2015, with core knowledge of the construction vertical, setting foot in the tiles segment made sense; R & G Group, under its umbrella launched Metro Style, a premium Tiles Showroom to cater to the needs of people looking out for quality interiors. The showroom has made a mark for itself by offering services to both the commercial and non-commercial segments.
